Mid LevelM3 Networks is seeking a Project Engineer (PE) who is integral to the success of both clients and the MSP. The PE is responsible for implementing high-level IT solutions and deploying end-user equipment and network technology at client sites.

Responsibilities
Provide remote and onsite services, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget
Adhere to established processes, including intake, planning, equipment setup, and configuration
Manage timely maintenance windows for cutovers and provide after-hours services as necessary
Confirm technical alignment post-implementation, manage scope creep, and complete all technical/status documentation
Maintain accurate time entry and tracking in PSA applications
Review proposals for solution validation to ensure technical feasibility
Provide subject matter expertise to the Design Desk Engineer (DDE) during the design phase
Engage in billable service incidents when assigned and participate in the on-call rotation
Actively participate in the onboarding of new clients, providing detailed core network infrastructure documentation
Report accomplishments, utilization, and present planned work for the day
Meet with the DDE and vCIO to receive business and technical requirements for each new project
Support the PM in preparing for and conducting status meetings with clients
Regularly scheduled meetings with the Project Manager to verify schedules and meet deadlines
Bi-weekly participation to assist in the development of technology standards
Review individual performance, challenges, and improvement strategies with the Team Lead
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree, tech school degree, and/or relevant industry certifications
Proven history of operational success and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction
Substantial experience and a commitment to staying at the forefront of industry developments
Understanding of organizational structures to foster successful project outcomes
Expert-level knowledge in relevant technologies with a drive for ongoing skills development
Strict adherence to Professional Services (PS) Team workflows
Proficiency in prioritizing complex project details to meet strict deadlines
Strong verbal and written skills for effective client-facing interactions
