Sr Analyst, Total Rewards

Responsibilities

Support compensation processes including job evaluations, offer development, market pricing, and compensation analysis
Coordinate and track Total Rewards projects, deliverables, timelines, meeting logistics, documentation, follow-ups, and communications
Provide administrative and operational support for the Total Rewards team including expense submissions, reporting, scheduling, SharePoint content management, and workflow tracking
Assist with the preparation of presentations, dashboards, and communications for HR and leadership
Research and compile market data insights to support competitive pay recommendations
Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition to answer questions, provide guidance on policy, and support consistent application of compensation practices
Support process improvements to streamline and enhance the employee and stakeholder experience

Required

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field
1–2 years of HR, compensation, HR operations, project coordination, or related experience preferred
Experience in Excel and working with data

Preferred

Strong organizational and project coordination skills
Ability to work independently with attention to detail and follow-through
Technical knowledge of global HR policies and procedures, compensation practices and trends, merit, and data analysis
Experience with Workday
Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Detail oriented with excellent interpersonal, organizational, execution, and communication skills
