Responsibilities
Operate screen-printing machines to print designs on promotional items such as t-shirts, tote bags, and other custom products
Set up screens, load garments, align prints, and monitor print quality throughout production
Mix inks and ensure proper color matching per job specifications
Inspect printed items for quality, consistency, and alignment
Clean and maintain printing equipment and work area to ensure optimal performance
Work with production team to meet daily quotas and project deadlines
Report any equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors promptly
Follow all safety guidelines and operational procedures
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 6 months of recent screen-printing experience
Ability to safely lift up to 25 lbs
Experience operating manual and/or automatic screen-printing equipment
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce consistent, high-quality prints
Ability to follow print specifications, layouts, and artwork instructions
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Willingness to perform repetitive tasks and adapt to varying materials and products
Ability to troubleshoot basic printing issues (ink flow, alignment, registration, etc.)
Preferred
Prior experience in roles such as Print Technician, Screen Print Press Operator, Garment Printer, or Textile Production Associate is a big plus!
