Responsibilities
Rotate through the various functions of the site over a 24-month period, supporting project work as assigned
Collaborate with higher-level managers to develop critical leadership skills for future career advancement. Engage with mentors across various fields, including site maintenance, quality, production, environmental health and safety, lean practices and cost-saving initiatives
Embody the Church & Dwight behaviors such as being Digitally Savvy, fostering a Positive Attitude, setting high aims, simplifying processes, offering assistance, embracing Disruption, and basing decisions on factual information
Ensure that all tasks/projects are performed according to safety, quality, and regulatory procedures
Contribute to fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the workplace using principles and techniques of lean manufacturing, such as 5S, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) elements, etc. to achieve project completion
Effectively manage time and prioritize project commitments to meet assigned objectives
Provides process support and assists in troubleshooting, process issues in operations, maintenance, and packaging as needed
Performs other related duties as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations management, logistics, engineering, or a related field
Preferred
0 to 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Relevant internship or other related work will also be considered
Previous supply chain project work demonstrating the ability to work as a part of a team and complete projects on time and within constraints
Ability to communicate effectively with and collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are highly valued
Proven ability to adapt to new environments and work independently as part of a team
