The ServiceNow Lead will be responsible for managing and overseeing the execution of technical projects within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required specifications.

Responsibilities
Lead the ServiceNow Architecture development, enhancements and implementations
Collaborate with customers and stakeholders in utilizing ServiceNow for managing enterprise services and enhancements using new technologies (i.e., AI and automation)
Build and maintain strong relationships with project sponsors, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
Build roadmaps, provide recommendations, lead development and utilization of new technologies and services to enhance and fully utilize ServiceNow services and capabilities
Provide assistance to development teams as needed
Plan, organize, and execute ServiceNow projects, including scoping, budgeting, resource allocation, and timeline management
Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks to ensure projects remain on track and within budget
Identify and resolve issues that may arise during the project
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's and 12 years of experience, Master's and 10 years of experience or 16+ in lieu of a degree
10+ years of experience as ServiceNow Developer
5+ years as a ServiceNow Solutions Architect
5+ years leading ServiceNow development teams
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
Required ServiceNow certification: Certified System Administrator (baseline)
Required ServiceNow certification: Certified Application Developer (baseline)
5+ years of experience with technical discussions and reviews
5+ years of experience across numerous parts of the ServiceNow platform and experience with commonly integrated third-party technologies
5+ years of experience with developing ServiceNow solutions across various platform applications, such as ITSM, ITOM (HAM and SAM), ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, HR
5+ years of Industry experience (e.g. Financial Services, Healthcare, High Tech, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.)
5+ years of technical leadership experience driving change/solutions
Ability to work in a high growth, fast paced environment
Excellent understanding of system architecture, design principles, and impacts
Experience supporting IT related data integrity (CMDB, HAM, SAM etc.)
Excellent technical leadership skills and initiative to take on additional responsibilities
Excellent written and oral communication skills to deliver technical solutions simply and succinctly
Experience with the US Federal Government
Project Management or Agile certification
ITILv4 Foundations Certification
