Responsibilities

Perform TIG/GTAW welding on aerospace components including nickel-based alloys
Follow engineering drawings, work instructions, and specifications
Set up welding equipment and fixtures according to job requirements
Conduct visual inspections of completed welds
Maintain detailed documentation of completed work
Follow all safety protocols and procedures
Maintain clean and organized work area
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Required

High school diploma or GED
Completion of welding technical program or equivalent training
Basic knowledge of TIG/GTAW welding processes

Willingness to learn specialized aerospace welding techniques

Preferred

Experience working with Inconel and other nickel-based superalloys
AWS certification
Previous experience in aerospace or related industries
Familiarity with aerospace quality standards (AS9100)
