Responsibilities
Implement, manage, and maintain ERP software and systems to ensure seamless operations
Serve as the primary escalation point for complex ERP system issues, exercising judgment to diagnose root causes and determine appropriate solutions
Train staff to use ERP systems effectively
Document ERP processes, user manuals, and other related information for future reference
Ensure ERP system configuration and usage comply with applicable regulatory, contractual, and organizational requirements
Lead ERP system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations, including testing, validation, and coordination with internal and external technical partners
Partner with internal stakeholders to integrate ERP systems with other business applications
Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards to support leadership decision-making and operational insight
Adhere to safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe and compliant work environment
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
3 to 5 years of proven experience as an ERP Specialist or similar role
Strong knowledge of how business processes should work
Knowledge of ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
Experience with system installation and troubleshooting
Experience training users on ERP systems
Good project management skills
Must fulfill ITAR citizenship requirements
Preferred
Business accounting experience preferred
Experience working with Power BI
Knowledge of programming languages for customization (such as Java, Python)
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Understanding of business operations and processes
