Interns will support data science initiatives, collaborate on innovative projects, and participate in learning sessions to develop a strong cross-functional foundation.

Responsibilities
Support data science initiatives that improve business performance and operational efficiency
Analyze structured datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and opportunities using statistical and analytical methods
Assist with AI and machine learning efforts, including predictive analytics, automation, and experimentation with Generative AI use cases
Support GenAI initiatives such as prompt development, prototyping, and evaluating applications for workflow optimization and decision support
Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business challenges into data-driven questions and solutions
Qualification
Required
Must be a college undergraduate Rising Junior, Rising Senior, or Recent Graduate (during Summer 2026) to be eligible to participate
Ability to work in NYC for the full 10-week program from early-June to mid-August
Demonstrated interest in the fashion industry through B.A./B.S. Degree program, prior internship experiences, course selections, or extracurricular activities
Superior organizational skills and excellent communication skills; team oriented
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; highly detail oriented, meticulous and creative
Creativity, innovative, technical capability and entrepreneurial mindset
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe products and PC or Mac computers
