Responsibilities

Oversee and execute complex shipping and receiving operations, ensuring all high-value defense assets are handled with precision
Identify and resolve discrepancies in material movement; develop and implement improved workflows for pulling, packing, crating, and securing products
Act as the primary lead for cycle counts and physical audits; perform root-cause analysis on inventory variances to ensure 100% data accuracy
Collaborate with Production and Engineering teams to expedite the flow of parts and assemblies, prioritizing movements based on shifting mission requirements
Independently manage the staging of finished products and production supplies, ensuring a lean and orderly distribution environment
Ensure all warehouse activities, including the operation of forklifts and heavy machinery, meet stringent safety and export-control standards
Serve as a power user for ERP/Warehouse Management Systems, ensuring all transactions (lot, serial, and batch) are recorded accurately and in real-time

Required

4+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain
Demonstrated ability to work independently and resolve operational challenges with minimal supervision
Valid driver's license and significant experience operating forklifts and material handling machinery
Must be able to work Monday through Friday from 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
Ability to be onsite, local to Atlanta, GA
Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities
