Responsibilities
Build deep expertise in our analytics and reporting solutions, including Power BI integrations, advanced modeling, and data platform capabilities
Partner with Power ON account executives to understand prospect requirements and position the right solution
Deliver engaging demos that illustrate how our platform solves business problems across industries
Guide prospects through discovery and design processes, leveraging advanced Power BI and SQL skills to prototype and propose effective solutions
Assist in technical portions of RFP responses, statements of work (SOWs), and project scoping documentation
Share field insights with Product, Services, and Engineering to inform roadmap prioritization and improve solution-market fit
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years in a customer-facing role such as sales engineering, analytics consulting, or pre-sales
Strong proficiency with data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and dashboard development in Power BI
Advanced SQL capabilities including complex queries, stored procedures, and triggers
Comfortable presenting to technical and non-technical stakeholders; able to simplify complex concepts
Ability to conduct effective discovery sessions, translate use cases into technical specs, and craft persuasive demo narratives
Preferred
Experience supporting analytics or reporting software in a B2B environment
Familiarity with Snowflake or similar cloud-based data platforms
Exposure to PowerON or write-back planning tools within Power BI
Experience with SaaS, financial reporting, or EPM/ERP software
