Responsibilities
Assist in implementing governance frameworks and control routines aligned to firmwide standards
Support the Opportunities Backlog by documenting requirements, value hypotheses, status, and risks
Contribute to data quality and lineage activities; help monitor KPIs and prepare stakeholder reporting
Partner with Silo Data Leads and RTech on assigned deliverables; reuse patterns and templates to accelerate execution
Participate in training and tool adoption (DataZone, Collibra, MS Maps, Snowflake); promote data literacy within teams
Qualification
Required
Basic understanding of data governance and operational risk principles
Interest in data management, analytics, and transformation initiatives
Clear communication, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage tasks to deadline
0–2+ years in data management, governance, analytics, or related operational roles (or equivalent internship experience)
Preferred
Familiarity with data tools and platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Collibra) is a plus
Intermediate: Risk Management & Control; Business Knowledge & Expertise; Communication
Foundational to Intermediate: Analysis, Collaboration, Adaptability
