Responsibilities
Manage a small team Customer Service Representatives
Work with outside sales team to serve customers
Work with logistics team to serve customers in just in time basis
Answering and initiating phone calls and email conversations with customers
Process phoned in and online orders from customers
Creating and processing work orders for delivery to customers
Create invoices for customers
Assist in collecting past due accounts
Assist with scheduling deliveries to customers in a timely manner
Assist with managing inventory
Apply payments to customers accounts and make deposits
Provide leadership and coaching to assure that all employees succeed in meeting individual performance goals as well as career growth
Establish performance benchmarks and hold team to those goals
Resolve customer conflicts and handle escalation procedures
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3+ years' of customer service
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise, Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Friendly/professional phone skills
Has a genuine interest in assisting customers
Maintain a highly professional and positive disposition when dealing with customer issues
Can provide accurate product and service information to customers
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work flow
Maintain customer accounts and communications
Has the ability to define problems, collect data, establish factors and draw valid conclusions
Must be very detail oriented
Works closely with other team members to fulfill company objectives
Ability to work unsupervised, to meet deadlines; to solve problems creatively with a customer-first mindset
Adaptability and eagerness to learn
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Shows high level of accountability
