They are seeking a Project Designer with experience in K–12 educational and community-centered projects who possesses a strong design sensibility and is a motivated learner.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with team members on design projects
Contribute to the development of design concepts
Create presentations and design documentation
Engage in hands-on making and fabrication
Participate in client meetings and presentations
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of professional design experience
Bachelor of Architecture or higher
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD required
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, and Enscape
Experience with 3D modeling/printing, fabrication, and hands-on making
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (SLO is unable to sponsor H-1B visas)
Preferred
Familiarity with AI-assisted design, VR, and Grasshopper a plus
Immediate start preferred
