Responsibilities
Manage the core Salesforce environment, including user accounts, roles, permissions, and security settings
You are the first line of support, resolving tickets promptly and ensuring high data quality and governance practices
During transition periods, you will also support interim tools like Wrike
Design and maintain the flows, automations, and configurations that streamline business processes
This includes building the dashboards and analytics reports that leadership needs for data-driven decision-making, as well as supporting technical integrations between Salesforce and other institutional systems
Consult LEO teams and OIT partners, translating business requirements into scalable technical designs
You will coordinate closely with the College of Arts & Letters IT team to ensure alignment with College-level systems and support structures
Create knowledge resources and deliver training to improve system literacy and drive user adoption
You will also assist in CRM roadmap planning to ensure the system evolves alongside LEO’s programmatic goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
At least three years of professional experience in IT or a related field
Direct experience with Salesforce administration
Strong ability to research problems, gather facts from various sources, and propose specialized technical solutions
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively across diverse departmental teams
Ability to work in the United States without visa sponsorship, now or in the future
Preferred
Salesforce Administrator certification is highly preferred
Experience supporting organizational change; PROSCI certification is a plus
Familiarity with project management tools (like Wrike) and experience working within a university or complex non-profit environment
