Information Technology Application Manager

International City/County Management Association (ICMA) Veterans is seeking an experienced IT professional for the City of Coronado. The Information Technology Application Manager will oversee enterprise and departmental applications, manage vendor relationships, and lead cross-functional projects to improve operations and service delivery.

Responsibilities

Manage and support enterprise and departmental applications
Analyze complex systems and identify areas for improvement
Implement practical solutions that improve operations and service delivery
Oversee system upgrades and rollouts
Manage vendor relationships and oversee contracts and budgets tied to applications and databases
Supervise staff and provide technical direction
Lead cross-functional projects across the City

Required

At least three (3) years of progressively responsible professional experience in application management, system analysis, or related fields, including supervisory or team lead responsibilities
Equivalent to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in information systems, computer science, or a related field
Possession of a valid driver's license

Preferred

Certifications such as Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD), Project Management Professional (PMP), or similar
