Responsibilities
Lead Client’s enterprise data strategy by overseeing data engineering, data warehousing, business intelligence, analytics platforms, and data products
Partner with clinical, operational, financial, and product stakeholders to ensure robust data delivery, insight generation, and data-driven decision making across the organization
Build and scale teams, design an enterprise-grade BI and analytics ecosystem, and drive measurable business value through data
Qualification
Required
10+ years in Data Engineering / BI / Analytics, with 3–5+ years in leadership
Strong experience with data pipelines, data warehousing/lakehouse architectures
Hands-on exposure to SQL, Python, Spark, Databricks (Azure/AWS preferred)
BI tools: Power BI / Tableau / Qlik
Experience delivering executive dashboards, KPIs, and self-service analytics
Healthcare data experience (clinical, claims, operational) is a big plus
