Payroll Coordinator
Cast & Crew is a leading provider of technology and services for the global entertainment industry. They are seeking a Payroll Coordinator to manage payroll processing for live theatre clients, ensuring accurate input and distribution of payroll packages, onboarding new hires, and maintaining client and employee data.

Responsibilities
Input and process payrolls for live theatre clients
Onboarding new hires
Print and distribute payroll packages at least one day per week
Create custom reports for clients as requested
Review and distribute union vacation accrual reports
Update and maintain client and employee data in payroll software
Other duties and projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
HS Diploma, GED or equivalent required
Meticulous nature and attention to detail are paramount
Comfortable working with clients
Able to meet firm deadlines on a tight schedule
Proficiency in Excel
Must have ability to work overtime as needed
Preferred
Working knowledge of payroll taxes and processing, including tax deductions, Forms 941 and 940, multi-state filings, and 401K and Sect 125 deductions preferred
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
Familiarity with live entertainment and union payroll is a plus
