Responsibilities
Apply risk frameworks to participant obligations and operating regulations
Review legal and commercial documents to assess structure, activity, and associated risks
Manage escalations and remediation tasks in line with governance standards
Act as a subject matter expert, providing education and guidance on risk and control ownership
Develop tools and job aids to streamline compliance with policies and standards
Identify, implement, and monitor effective controls to manage risk
Document processes and create monitoring reports for critical business activities
Collaborate with partners across Operational Risk, Internal Audit, and Third‑Party Risk Management
Support projects by developing and administering standardized workflows and control solutions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 4 years of experience in financial services, compliance, internal audit, operations, marketing, or vendor management
Preferred
6+ years of experience in financial services, compliance, audit, vendor management, or regulatory risk
Background in payments or financial industry
Strong presentation and communication skills
Experience in operational and regulatory risk management
