Qualification
Required
Proficiency with Node, TypeScript, and Python
Strong system design fundamentals, including distributed systems and performance tradeoffs
API design, implementation, and documentation experience
Experience using AI coding tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude, etc.)
Excellent documentation and testing habits
Proficiency with Git
4–7 years of software engineering experience (or equivalent)
10x mindset as an early engineering hire
Strong time management and planning
Self-directed and execution-focused
Collaborative, fun, and human
Experience touching many parts of a large codebase
Ability to lead project teams and define milestones
Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders
Ability to set priorities and propose strong technical solutions

Preferred
CI/CD experience and solid DevOps skills are a plus
