Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain scalable Azure data pipelines
Develop and manage ETL/ELT processes using ADF and Databricks
Integrate data from multiple enterprise systems
Optimize data performance and storage
Build and support data warehouses for analytics and reporting
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve data pipeline issues
Maintain clear technical documentation
Stay updated with Azure data engineering best practices

Required

10+ years of overall Data Engineering experience
3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure Cloud
Strong experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) – pipeline development & orchestration
Strong experience with Azure Databricks – Spark, Delta Lake, data transformations
Strong experience with SQL – advanced querying, optimization
Strong experience with Python / PySpark
Strong experience with Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines
Experience with Git version control
Experience with ETL / ELT processes
Experience with Data warehousing concepts

Preferred

Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate
Databricks Certified Data Engineer (Associate or Professional)
