Serve as the primary functional expert for Audience Management, advising partners and stakeholders
Own and optimize Audience Management for Retail content across internal events, secure streaming, and learning platforms
Partner with the Content Management team to build documentation, training, and scalable processes
Drive simplification and clarity in Audience Management workflows to improve cross-functional understanding
Maintain comprehensive, accessible documentation to preserve institutional knowledge
Qualification
Required
5–7 years of experience managing global content
Experience with CMS platforms, including technical design, development, and UAT
Strong project and process management experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with HTML, XML, and CSS
