Responsibilities
Create and customize the nCino platform to reach our business requirements, including establishing loan products, workflows, and user permissions
Sync the deployment of new features, updates, and patches to the nCino platform
Work alongside internal teams to control integrations with third-party operations such as core banking platforms, documents management tools, and loan servicing systems
Warrant seamless data flow among nCino and various other systems while still controlling data integrity and security
Create, build and maintain reports and dashboard with nCino to help guide business decision-making through actionable insights
Qualification
Required
5+ years' experience working as an nCino Administrator, specifically within Commercial Lending
Strong understanding of banking operations specifically in lending (consumer and commercial)
Experience with integration tools and APIs
Preferred
Experience with Salesforce administration is preferred (FSC is ideal)
nCino Administrator certification or Salesforce Certified Administrator is recommend
