Responsibilities

Analyze and report on operational data using Power BI and Excel to surface trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities
Review, categorize, and route user feedback to appropriate owners while tracking progress through resolution
Partner with stakeholders to maintain and improve knowledge content, documentation, and knowledge management processes
Present findings, status updates, and insights to stakeholders and leadership to support decision-making

Required

3+ years of experience performing data analysis and building reports or dashboards in Power BI
2+ years of experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint in a professional environment
2+ years of experience working with data and presenting insights to stakeholders
Experience working in a large, matrixed organization with multiple cross-functional partners
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple workstreams, track follow-ups, and meet deadlines independently
Clear communication skills and confidence engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
