Responsibilities
Design and conduct data collection, analysis, problem resolution and reporting for Operations to multiple team members across Allianz
Identify and recommend activities to support Operation's priorities
Design and manage results validation to ensure data completeness, accuracy and integrity
Provide work direction and mentor lower-level analysts. Support more senior analysts and management with daily operations
Develop and recommend opportunities to improve process performance
Participate in special projects as assigned
Utilization of artificial intelligence tools and resources (e.g. generative AI)
Qualification
Required
4 or more years of experience required: Relevant technical or business experience
Four-year degree required or equivalent work experience
You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring immigration sponsorship now or in the future. This includes holders of H-1B, H4, L-1, L-2, TN, OPT, CPT, and other nonimmigrant visas
