Client Partner - Managed Services
Scalence L.L.C. is seeking a Client Partner / Senior Client Partner to drive revenue growth and strategic client relationships across the East USA, focusing primarily on Manufacturing, Energy, and Utilities. This role is ideal for a consultative sales leader experienced in selling managed services and IT services engagements, capable of owning enterprise accounts and closing complex deals.
Responsibilities
Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market accounts across target industries
Drive new logo acquisition and account expansion through managed services and annuity-based engagements
Build and manage a strong, qualified pipeline aligned to annual revenue targets
Close multi-year, $2M–$10M+ deals across managed services and digital/IT services
Act as a trusted advisor to C-level, business, and IT leaders
Lead account strategy, executive reviews, QBRs, and value realization conversations
Position the company as a strategic, long-term partner, not a transactional vendor
Lead end-to-end deal strategy including solution shaping, pricing, and commercial negotiations
Partner with Delivery, Solutions, and Practice teams to craft outcome-driven proposals
Sell and structure managed services models (SLAs, KPIs, global delivery, multi-tower services)
Ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery with accountability for client success
Develop deep understanding of Manufacturing, Energy, Utilities, and BFSI client needs
Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across: Application Managed Services, Data & AI Services, Cloud & Infrastructure Services, Digital Engineering & Experience, Cyber Security
Qualification
Required
10+ years of enterprise sales experience, primarily in managed services or IT services
Proven success selling into Manufacturing, Energy, and Utilities; BFSI experience preferred
Strong track record closing complex, multi-year services deals
Experience selling offshore/onshore delivery models and SLA-based engagements
Executive presence with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Background in IT services, digital engineering, cloud, data, or infrastructure services
Strong commercial acumen (pricing, margin awareness, deal structuring)
Self-starter with a consultative, ownership-driven mindset
Willingness to travel within the East USA region
