Aerospace/ Engineering Recruiter
Cenergy International Services is partnering with Parker for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist role. The position involves full-cycle recruiting, working closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to define hiring needs, source candidates, and manage the applicant tracking process.
Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success criteria, and hiring timelines; revise and standardize job descriptions based on business needs and best practices
Prepare, post, and manage job openings across internal and external job boards, company career sites, social media platforms, and niche recruiting channels
Proactively source candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other sourcing strategies
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess qualifications, fit, and interest
Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with clear summaries and hiring recommendations
Manage end-to-end candidate communication, including scheduling, feedback, and offer discussions, to ensure a strong candidate experience
Coordinate interview logistics, including scheduling, interviewer preparation, interview guides, evaluation forms, and feedback tracking
Facilitate interview debriefs and hiring decisions; support offer creation, extension, acceptance, and decline processes
Maintain accurate and up-to-date requisition and candidate data in ATS/HRIS systems
Generate recruiting metrics and reports (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline conversion)
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and internal hiring policies
Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and recommend improvements to recruiting processes and outcomes
Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting tools, processes, and employer branding efforts
Partner with HR on onboarding handoffs and first-day coordination
Support recruiting events, career fairs, and campus or industry outreach initiatives
Assist with HR generalist projects related to workforce planning, reporting, or process improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Communications, or a related field
3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience (corporate or agency); additional experience may be required for senior-level roles
Experience with ATS/HRIS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and sourcing tools
Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and hiring best practices
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present candidate evaluations and hiring recommendations
Ability to manage multiple requisitions, meet deadlines, and work independently
Strong interviewing, assessment, and decision-making skills
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to confidentiality
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Preferred
Recruiting or HR certifications (AIRS, PHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus
Industry Preference: Aerospace and/or Manufacturing recruiting experience preferred
