Responsibilities
Optimize program operations by identifying opportunities in existing system/project processes through evaluation of real-time data and develop strategies to improve these functions
Partner with stakeholders across business units (including client, vendor, team/brand, and internal departments adjacent to the program i.e. telecom & IT) to access, manage, analyze, and document data in a collaborative way
Develop, automate, and maintain reports & dashboards using business intelligence tools that can be utilized by multiple teams, projects, brands, and accounts
Create clear and concise reports that illustrate the programs’ performance to stakeholders (internal and external) based on real-time data
Analyze data sets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, then translate these findings into actionable insights
Identify and assess potential risks and issues related to projects and propose mitigation strategies
Work across teams to implement solutions that improve efficiency, then monitor and document the impact these changes have using quantitative metrics
Facilitate communication between all relevant stakeholders and technical teams to ensure a common understanding of project goals and objectives
Participate in project planning, tracking, and management to ensure that the objectives are accomplished on time
Leverage technical expertise to automate processes, share best practices, and incorporate new technology to increase efficiency and improve analysis
Qualification
Required
Experience translating data into reports and presentations that tell a clear and compelling story
Adept with analytics platforms such as PowerBI, Tableau, Excel, PowerQuery, and other data visualization tools
Strong working knowledge of SQL, database management, automation, and cloud infrastructure
Proven success with utilizing data to identify opportunities and developing strategic solutions to improve existing practices
Ability to join frequent meetings and calls without disruption or disconnecting
A passion for finding new ways to use technology to automate processes and increase efficiency
The drive to accomplish more than is necessary and exceed established standards
Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills in order to establish priorities and utilize available resources to meet strict deadlines
Exceptional analytical, problem solving, investigative, and conceptual thinking skills
Excellent communication skills; the ability to facilitate cross-team collaboration and present proposals to stakeholders in various business units
