Responsibilities

Lead and Inspire High-Performing Teams: Provide visionary leadership and mentorship to technical program managers, empowering them to deliver multiple, large-scale global cybersecurity initiatives that align with business strategy and maximize organizational impact
Drive Results through Team Accountability: Set clear objectives and foster a results-oriented culture, ensuring teams utilize optimal resources and deliver programs on time, while continuously prioritizing high-impact security projects
Develop and Scale a Culture of Excellence: Champion a collaborative, innovative, and agile environment that encourages continuous learning, critical thinking, and the professional growth of each team member
Promote Outcome-Focused Metrics & Performance Management: Guide teams in establishing and evolving value-driven metrics and KPIs; nurture a culture of transparency and continuous improvement through regular, actionable performance reviews and business impact reporting
Model Executive Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate robust relationships with cross-functional leaders and executive stakeholders, and enable teams to advocate for cybersecurity priorities that align with Oracle’s strategic objectives
Lead the Security program cross-functional execution: Identify, track, and resolve critical challenges that hinders the success of the security program including both Technical and Execution challenges
Guide Executive-Level Reporting & Presentations: Oversee preparation and delivery of impactful reports, dashboards, and presentations, equipping teams to communicate strategic insights and recommendations to executive audiences
Drive Continuous Improvement & Organizational Agility: Foster organizational agility by leading teams in adopting iterative processes, embracing change, and quickly adapting to evolving business and security landscapes
Institutionalize Knowledge Management & Enablement: Promote the creation and sharing of documentation, best practice templates, and process artifacts, enabling a sustainable culture of learning and organizational memory

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Business or related field
15+ years of progressive program management experience in a technology-driven environment
Demonstrated success delivering large-scale, cross-functional technical security or business operations programs (experience with cloud security, compliance, incident response, or similar areas preferred)
Deep understanding of core security principles and familiarity with frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, GDPR, and other relevant standards
Experience with program management methodologies—including Agile, Lean, or hybrid approaches—and relevant tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
Exceptional executive communication skills with ability to influence and engage diverse technical and business stakeholders globally
Strong business analytics, organizational, and problem-solving skills; capable of balancing strategic vision with hands-on delivery
High degree of adaptability, strong work ethic, and proactive approach to responding to mission-critical needs
Experience working with distributed/global teams and external partners or vendors
Familiarity with large enterprise or cloud service provider operations
Track record of leading organizational change and developing future leaders within a team

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
