They are seeking a Project Architect who can manage a project from early design through documentation and construction, coordinating details and leading teams to create functional buildings.

Responsibilities
Develop design concepts through schematic design and design development
Translate design intent into clear construction documents
Produce and coordinate drawing sets in Revit and Enscape
Support quality control and design consistency
Coordinate consultants: structural, MEP, civil, lighting, acoustics, etc
Lead drawing coordination and interdisciplinary review
Help resolve technical issues early, before they become RFIs
Respond to RFIs and submittals
Support CA services, site visits, contractor coordination
Help carry design intent through construction realities
Support junior staff through mentorship and task leadership
Lead portions of a project with confidence and follow-through
Contribute to a positive team culture (low ego, high competence)
Qualification
Required
6+ years experience in architecture
Fluent in construction documents and coordination
Can handle multiple project priorities
Communicate well: with clients, consultants, and internal teams
Take ownership and follow tasks through with little supervision
Proficiency in Revit & Enscape
Strong detailing + documentation skills
Understanding of building systems and codes
Comfortable participating in client meetings
Knowledge of specifications
Preferred
Licensed architect preferred
If not yet licensed, actively pursuing is a plus
