Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls; make outbound calls to referrals
Dispatch crews and coordinate job next steps
Update CRM job notes and create new customer files
Send electronic documents for signature and appointment reminders
Monitor job milestones, compliance tasks, and inspections
Communicate technician updates to plumbers
Support marketing and sales admin tasks (plumber packs, referral tracking, reviews, orders)

Customer ServiceMicrosoft OfficeSales ExperienceMarketing ExperienceMulti-taskingCommunication Skills

Required

1-3 years Customer Service experience required
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (this includes Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
Excellent communication, presentation, and follow-up skills
Multi-tasking is a MUST

Preferred

Sales and/or Marketing experience a plus, but not required
