Responsibilities
Oversee information architecture needs, improving structure and documentation across IT systems as required for evolving projects
Lead cross-functional program management efforts, providing regular reporting to Ron and ensuring timelines, deliverables, and team coordination stay on track
Serve as the primary team administrator, managing scheduling, documentation organization, and operational support for the IT Business Operations team
Draft, update, and audit IT policies needed for insurance and compliance; create, review, and roll out SOPs for the entire team to standardize processes
Develop training materials and instructional videos; turn vague direction into actionable plans and navigate the organization to secure resources and information
Qualification
Required
7+ years of IT project experience with strong understanding of IT operations, systems, and infrastructure, plus 3+ years working with Microsoft 365
Background in IT Service Delivery or Managed Service Providers with strong problem-solving and issue-resolution skills
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment
Strong verbal/written communication, collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation skills; effective team player
Demonstrated leadership and independent decision-making; PMP or related project management certification
Preferred
PMO and Agile project management experience leading cross-functional IT initiatives
Background in IT security projects and Microsoft 365/Teams administration
Ability to identify knowledge gaps, create training materials, and deliver training
Experience supporting acquisition onboarding and system/process integration
