Lead and deliver large-scale capital projects across the company’s North American manufacturing footprint
Own projects end-to-end - from early conceptual design through commissioning and startup
Serve as the accountable leader for safety, cost, schedule, and execution
Manage complex, cross-functional project teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (Chemical Engineering strongly preferred)
15–20 years of hands-on experience managing capital projects in chemical manufacturing facilities
Proven success delivering large, complex capital projects ($30MM+), from concept through startup
Strong understanding of project and program management methodologies, tools, and best practices
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently across different stages of execution
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply new chemistries, processes, and technologies
Strong technical judgment and data-driven decision-making capability
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to operate effectively in matrixed, multi-site environments
High level of accountability, organization, and execution discipline
Comfortable working in fast-paced, safety-critical manufacturing settings
