8+ years expDigital iTechnology is seeking an experienced Senior .NET Web Developer to design, develop, enhance, and support custom Microsoft .NET applications for the Wisconsin DNR. This role involves working with web applications, APIs, databases, and reporting solutions in a highly collaborative Agile environment, including production support and limited on-call duties during fire season.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications, APIs, batch processes, and reports
Collaborate with architects, project managers, GIS teams, and business stakeholders
Provide application support, troubleshooting, and documentation
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to estimates and timelines
Provide on-call standby support during fire season (approximately 3–7 times per year, including possible weekends, with a 1-hour response time)
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in Microsoft .NET development (C#, VB.NET, MVC)
Strong experience with JavaScript, Bootstrap, Web APIs
Experience with Oracle (preferred) or SQL Server, including stored procedures and performance tuning
Experience applying security and accessibility standards
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps/GIT and CI/CD pipelines
Experience with SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, testing, and documentation
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
Experience working in government or public sector environments
Experience with Power BI and GIS (Esri JavaScript APIs)
Familiarity with SharePoint and Microsoft collaboration tools
