Chief Solution Architect

The Chief Solution Architect will translate customer IT needs into solution architecture, resolve complex issues, and mentor future developers while transforming technology usage within the Intelligence Community.

Responsibilities
Translate your customer’s IT needs and future goals into a plan by crafting solution architecture (SA)
Resolve complex issues in a variety of projects through the implementation of requirements analysis, expertise support, and project supervision
Help transform the way the Intelligence Community uses technology including cloud migration, integrating advanced technology, and modernizing legacy systems
Mentor the next set of developers to help them grow into tomorrow’s solutions architects
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in software development, large-scale Agile, including Scaled Agile Framework, and managing the development of software systems and modernization efforts in forward-leaning technology, such as cloud, DevSecOps, or MLOps automation platforms, enterprise data, and open-source tech stacks in the DoD, federal government, or commercial entities
Experience architecting enterprise systems and aligning them with government evaluation criteria and statements of work
Experience with Offensive Cyberspace Operations or Computer Network Operations environments
Experience with USCYBERCOM or IC operations
Knowledge of system engineering practices and ITSM
Ability to supervise others and lead projects and deliverables within a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
Ability to work directly with government clients and help translate their goals into technical solutions
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
Bachelor's degree
Preferred
5+ years of experience with UNIX and Linux, including basic commands and Shell scripting
Experience implementing ITSM or IT Operations practices
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Master's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field preferred
