Running reporting on program projects, either from QuickBase or producing manually
Supporting Governance Lead with program governance and communications
Assisting with maintenance of internal resources, policies and workflows
Supporting regulatory reporting as needed
Participating in special projects/assignments
Qualification
Required
Meet educational requirements (see education section)
Able to work out of the Hartford, CT office
0-2 years of healthcare business/insurance industry experience
Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, OneNote, Outlook, PowerPoint
Bachelor's or equivalent experience required, 0-2 years experience, Anticipated completion of an undergraduate or graduate degree program by start date (June 2026)
Have a major in one of the following fields: business, management, healthcare management, finance/accounting, economics, public health, health sciences, leadership studies, marketing, human resources, communications, psychology, or sociology
Preferred
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Ability to quickly grasp objectives
Well organized and keen attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks
Ability to support both onsite and remote team members
