Responsibilities
Perform packaging performance tests such as fit, drop, vibration, and environmental conditioning, and document results to support validation efforts
Assist in validating packaging materials and specifications
Provide feedback on the development and optimization of standard operating procedures
Assist project teams in collecting and analyzing data for various on-going studies
Contribute to the investigation and analysis of existing packaging operations, with a focus on continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Experience working in a cGMP environment
3+ years of experience working in manufacturing, sourcing or other bioprocessing roles
Ability to safely work in a production environment around automated and semi-automated equipment
Comfortable working in a lab environment with chemical and biological materials
Capability to lift and handle up to 30 pounds as needed for materials or packaging samples
Must be able to wear PPE
Preferred
Experience using document management systems or related software platforms (e.g., PLM, ERP) a plus
