Responsibilities
Support an enterprise client through the implementation of the Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) Galaxy platform
Ensure a successful transition from CSOD Learn to Galaxy
Support an AI-enabled onboarding experience for Customer Service Representatives
Qualification
Required
Senior-level Functional LMS consulting experience
Hands-on experience with Cornerstone OnDemand Galaxy, including familiarity with AI-assisted capabilities
Strong functional experience with CSOD Learn; experience with EdCast (LXP) strongly preferred
Experience supporting LMS implementations or upgrades in regulated environments
Familiarity with the commercial health payer industry is highly desirable
Proven ability to work under aggressive timelines and manage competing priorities
