Sr Business Intelligence Manager

Responsibilities
Support analytic needs by integrating data from multiple sources to inform business strategies
Create comprehensive dashboards combining diverse data sets for senior management presentations
Lead insight generation from data to develop strategies enhancing customer experience and business performance
Engage early in enterprise projects to define and incorporate reporting requirements into system design
Analyze sales, call center, partner, and financial performance to support operational decision-making
Present analysis and strategic recommendations to senior management through verbal and written communication
Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience
Acceptable areas of study include Business, Statistics or similar degree
4-7 years Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g.Business Objects, Cognos, Hyperion, etc.)
4-7 years Experience in reporting & analyzing performance & data visualization (Tableau; PowerBI)
4-7 years Experience in advanced analytics, which include SQL/ETL of complex datasets, competitive analysis, quantitative analysis & research
SQL -Advanced technical skills (DataViz; SQL; automation; report/metric design; algorithms/modeling) Advance
Intermediate analytical, problem solving and critical reasoning skills
Intermediate skills in communication/consulting, influencing and relationship management
Intermediate familiarity with project leadership, coaching and mentoring
Intermediate functional knowledge (Telecom, Supply Chain, Network Technology, procurement)
At least 18 years of age
