TEMP – Associate Scientist, Bioanalytical LBA

Responsibilities

Develop, optimize, and execute LBA-based bioanalytical methods to quantify antibodies, bispecifics, and fusion proteins in biological matrices from preclinical pharmacokinetic (PK) and toxicokinetic (TK) studies
Apply strong technical expertise in LBA/ELISA method development, optimization, and troubleshooting using MSD and Gyrolab platforms
Perform sample analysis, data interpretation, and clear documentation and reporting of bioanalytical results
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to support preclinical studies through bioanalytical strategy, execution, and data interpretation
Contribute to the preparation of bioanalytical protocols, study reports, and related documentation

Required

BS/BA or MS/MA in analytical chemistry, biochemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related discipline with 0-2 years of relevant pharmaceutical or biotech industry experience
Hands-on experience with ligand binding assays (LBA/ELISA) for bioanalysis
Ability to execute assays, analyze data, and troubleshoot routine issues with guidance
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred

Experience supporting preclinical bioanalytical studies
