Business Development Manager (Engineering and Construction)
SISCORP Structures is seeking a Business Development Manager with a focus on technical sales in the engineering and construction sector. The role involves outbound prospecting, managing leads, and building relationships to enhance the company's market presence.

Responsibilities
Conduct outbound prospecting to re-engage dormant or new accounts
Perform cold calls and follow-ups to identify qualified buyers and new opportunities
Manage and prioritize a provided list of leads to build momentum in the early month
Maintain detailed records of outreach and lead status in Salesforce
Assess potential clients’ needs and determine scope fit
Complete any pre-qualification processes required by the buyer
Transition qualified accounts to the Account Managers for proposals, estimating, and ongoing relationship management
Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients to grow SISCORP’s market presence
Represent SISCORP professionally at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
Initiate and manage outreach initiatives, including monthly client emails and LinkedIn content
Contribute to the refinement of SISCORP’s marketing and communication strategy to attract qualified buyers
Serve as the initial contact and information funnel to help expand opportunities for the sales team
Provide market and client insights to inform business development strategy
Qualification
Required
Technical sales experience
Experience in engineering and construction
Strong technical understanding in Pre-Engineered Metal Building systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly self motivated
Excited by outbound prospecting and relationship-driven sales activities
Grit to push through stressful moments
