Channel Recruiting Leader

Oracle Cloud ERP is seeking a Channel Recruiting Leader to drive advisor recruiting growth through strategic execution and people leadership. This role involves managing the Channel Business Development team and ensuring the execution of recruiting programs while delivering results against key business development KPIs.

Responsibilities

Work with team members to identify recruiting opportunities and build pipelines
Work with Channel Business Development team members to evaluate prospective advisers about risk, reward and viability
Responsible for managing the engagement in, and the proper execution, of CBA processes and programs for the Channel
Work with team members to identify recruiting opportunities and build pipelines

Responsible for managing the engagement in, and the proper execution, of CBA processes and programs for the Channel
Responsible for the day-to-day people management, skills development & improved performance & results of Channel’s Business Development team members
Responsible for holding Business Development team accountable for pipeline management, execution of key activities and role mandates and delivery of recruiting goals as measured by Business Development KPIs
Directs, establishes, and implements priorities, performance goals and objectives
Accountable for engaging and working closely with the Business Development Value Line to deliver against recruiting process and programs, lead generation programs and value line goals

Required

Bachelor's degree (4‑year college degree required)
10+ years of sales management experience in advisor recruiting within the broker‑dealer or wealth management industry
Proven experience leading and developing business development or recruiting teams with KPI and revenue accountability
Demonstrated success managing advisor recruiting pipelines, processes, and performance metrics (e.g., GDC, asset growth)
Ability to travel up to 50% and be located near a designated Cetera hub

Preferred

Prior experience within an independent broker‑dealer environment
Experience partnering with centralized value line or enterprise recruiting functions
Strong executive presence with the ability to engage senior advisors and leadership
History of implementing or improving recruiting programs, processes, or operating models
