Responsibilities
Assisting with graphic design and layout execution for print and digital materials under the direction of Creative Services staff
Supporting presentation materials by refining layouts, updating visuals, and applying established brand standards
Preparing, organizing, and maintaining visual assets in alignment with existing brand guidelines
Supporting digital asset management (DAM) efforts, including uploading, organizing, tagging, and maintaining media files
Assisting with photo and video projects as needed, including basic capture, editing, formatting, and asset organization
Tracking assigned tasks within project management tools, providing status updates, and flagging questions or issues
Providing general multimedia and production support to the Strategic Communications team
Qualification
Required
Equivalent to High School Diploma
At least one (1) year of professional multimedia related experience as outlined in the job duties above
Valid California Class C Driver's License
Strong attention to detail and consistency in execution
Comfort working in project management or task-tracking tools
Ability to follow direction, manage assigned tasks independently, and complete work accurately
Openness to feedback and willingness to make revisions
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience in at least two of the following specialty areas: social media graphics; website content development, graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite); video filming, and production; photography and photo editing
Preferred
Experience in at least three of the following areas: Graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); Layout and visual execution for presentations or reports; Social media graphic creation and content formatting; Digital asset management or structured file organization systems; Photography and photo editing; Basic video production support, including filming or editing
Familiarity with Canva or similar templated design tools
