Responsibilities

You will play a key role in bringing our application to production readiness
You will work with designers, QA teams, and other cross-functional teams to go beyond code and influence everything from UI to project planning

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
7+ years of proven experience shipping scalable, maintainable, and testable code to user-facing production
Deep experience with one or more MVC web frameworks, Java / Python / Ruby, Redis, Kubernetes/DevOps
Architected high-quality backend systems from the ground up and maintained legacy systems

Preferred

Experience with frontend technologies such as React, Typescript, Tailwind, HTML/CSS
Working knowledge of web security and vulnerabilities
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners and manage multiple priorities
Willingness to ask for help, learn from others, and mentor others
Committed to encouraging an open and inclusive work environment
