Responsibilities
Analyze school system data and translate insights into actionable recommendations for growth, goal-setting, and performance improvement
Design and maintain low-code data platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform, Qualtrics) for data visualization and input collection
Build dashboards, forms, surveys, and applications that enable non-technical users to easily understand and act on data
Analyze statutory data across federal and state plans to identify overlaps, gaps, and redundancies, and propose data-driven consolidation strategies
Develop scoring tools, trackers, and Excel-based scorecards to evaluate applications, monitor progress, and track outcomes over time
Qualification
Required
Analytics & Data Storytelling – 8+ years (Required)
Low-Code Platform Development – 8+ years (Required)
Microsoft Excel / Office (Advanced) – 5+ years (Required)
Data Visualization (Power BI) – 3+ years (Required)
Strong ability to translate data into clear insights for non-technical audiences
Experience working with multi-source datasets and policy-driven data
Ability to work independently, asynchronously, and meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Qualtrics – 1+ year
Smartsheet – 1+ year
Public Sector / Education Domain Experience – 1+ year
