Responsibilities

Develop, analyze, and maintain complex geographic databases and GIS feature sets using ArcGIS Desktop/Pro/Enterprise and related tools

Automate GIS workflows and data processes using Python (ArcPy/API) and FME for ETL operations

Design and implement enterprise geodatabases (ArcSDE), ensuring data integrity, structure, and spatial data integration

Lead GIS projects, coordinate with external contractors/suppliers, and provide project management support (scheduling, budgeting, compliance)

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize GIS software applications and data pipelines

Provide technical guidance, quality assurance, and quality control of spatial data (manual and automated)

Fulfill map and data requests for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring data accuracy and consistency

Review, verify, and correct mapping data from government agencies or private contractors

Prepare project documentation, recommendations, and reports for management

Maintain up-to-date expertise in ESRI products, SQL, and related GIS technologies
