Responsibilities

Ensures the safe and efficient operation of complex building mechanical systems

Oversees the maintenance, monitoring, and repair of equipment, including boilers, HVAC systems, electrical components, and other critical infrastructure

Performs advanced troubleshooting, conducts preventative and corrective maintenance, and ensures full compliance with all applicable safety regulations, codes, and standards

Operates with a high degree of independence and frequently provides guidance, oversight, and technical support to junior engineering staff

Plays a key part in maintaining operational reliability, optimizing system performance, and supporting the overall functionality of building operations

Qualification

Mechanical Engineering DegreeStationary Engineer Grade 1 LicenseAdvanced Troubleshooting

Required

Requires a Secret Clearance

Requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from an accredited university or college

Requires a Stationary Engineer Grade 1 License in MD or DC

7-10 years of experience in Engineering Services
