Responsibilities
Contact customers regarding past-due accounts to identify reasons for delinquency and negotiate resolutions in both English and Spanish
Clearly explain company policies, procedures, and rental contract terms
Utilize skip-tracing tools and internal systems to locate customers and collect outstanding balances
Accurately document collection activities and maintain detailed account records
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve account issues while maintaining positive customer relationships
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 1 year of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or a related field
High School Diploma or equivalent
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
