Responsibilities
Support and maintain large-scale enterprise server environments
Design, implementation, and support of Windows Server Clustering
Patch Management in enterprise environments
Support large server environments
ServiceNow – Change Management / ITIL process experience
Experience with Microsoft System Center Suite: SCCM (Config Manager), SCOM (Operations Manager), System Center Orchestrator
PowerShell or strong scripting experience
VMware administration and support experience
Work in enterprise, process-driven environments
Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams
Qualification
Required
Windows Server Clustering (design, implementation, and support)
Patch Management in enterprise environments
Experience supporting large server environments
ServiceNow – Change Management / ITIL process experience
Microsoft System Center Suite: SCCM (Config Manager), SCOM (Operations Manager), System Center Orchestrator
PowerShell or strong scripting experience
VMware administration and support experience
Strong work ethic and accountability
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to work in enterprise, process-driven environments
Strong collaboration skills with infrastructure and application teams
Preferred
Load Balancing Technologies (F5 preferred)
Dynatrace monitoring experience
DFS (Distributed File System) experience
Disaster Recovery (DR) experience
Relevant Microsoft or infrastructure certifications
