Coordinator, Content Policy
Netflix is a company dedicated to entertaining the world and pushing the boundaries of storytelling. They are seeking a Coordinator to join the Content Policy team, responsible for tracking policy outcomes, managing documentation, and engaging with cross-functional partners globally.

Responsibilities
Track policy outcomes, risk assessments, identify trends and create materials to inform and showcase this information to leadership and in other forums
Assist in developing a schedule of engagement (presentations, meetings) with cross-functional partners and oversee the creation of strategic materials to be shared among relevant teams and stakeholders
Create and maintain an accessible information hub that can be shared across the business
Manage company-wide documentation relating to the team’s core functions, keeping track of questions and necessary updates
Engage with cross functional partners and stakeholders across the globe
Qualification
Required
At least 4 years' professional experience in Political Science, Law, Film, Media or similar fields and a demonstrated background working with internal and third-party information tracking, data visualization and project collaboration tools
Be an organized and effective communicator, comfortable working with multiple teams and stakeholders in an agile, fast moving environment
Is a strategic thinker with strong problem solving skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities skillfully and with good judgement
Preferred
2+ years experience assisting and supporting creative, project management, and/or production teams, preferably at an entertainment studio or network
Proven track record of successfully creating and managing complex workflows along with experience in creating efficiencies within those workflows
Is passionate, self-motivated, proactive, quick-thinking, flexible, able to pivot when necessary
