Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the Director of Media, brand partners, and cross-functional stakeholders
Support and help manage workflows across all three phases of production: pre-production, production, and post-production
Participate in all aspects of production, including lighting, camera operation, and audio recording
Source soundtracks, stock imagery, and stock video as needed to support campaigns and projects
Help manage and maintain Awardco's studio space, equipment, and general readiness
Partner with content producers, designers, and motion graphics artists to deliver high-quality video assets
Contribute to a wide range of video projects, including brand videos, social media content, event recaps, and internal communications
Stay current on emerging video trends, tools, and formats, and proactively recommend new ways to leverage video to support business goals
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of experience producing video, audio, or other digital media content
A positive, collaborative attitude with the ability to pivot quickly and maintain optimism in a fast-paced environment
A strong portfolio or demo reel demonstrating visual storytelling and technical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver consistent, high-quality work
Openness to feedback and a collaborative mindset focused on continuous improvement
A team-first mentality and willingness to support others beyond defined responsibilities when needed
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, etc.)
Preferred
Experience with audio mixing is a plus
Animation or motion graphics skills are a significant plus
